      I bought 2 King size duvets early January 2025. One of the duvets was a queen size and had a quarter sized hole in the middle of it. I had done a delicate wash in cold and hung to dry over my banister and noticed the hole and that it did not look big enough to fit my king size duvet. That is when I measured and realized it was a queen. I tried to take it back and get the king size not even mentioning the hole I found. The manager said that since I had washed it and that it was a final sale she would not exchange for a king size. She would not do a thing to make it right. I understand final sale but the only description of the duvet said King. Am I supposed to pull the duvet out of the packaging in the store and measure it to make sure it is in fact a king size. She wouldn't even exchange for the correct size that I paid for. I was so frustrated and went back a few days later and talked with another girl. I told her she should at least give me the difference in the price from a king to a queen. It was around $27 dollar difference. Finally, she said she would like to but since they cannot return a final sale, I would have to talk to the manager who was not there at the time and who was so rude anyway. I gave up... I have been a great customer for so many years. Even buying from them way back to 1992-93. Probably shopped at one of their first store ever opened. I don't know what happened to them over the years but there is little to NO customer service. It is fraud how they are running their business now. The are mislabeling their products. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
