    Last August we had Cabinets On The Go put in new cupboards & when the guy finished he handed me a can of putty & a paint pen, saying: "you might need these."
    Little did I know since he put them in that the paint was just fading away. It is the inside the cupboards
    as well. It's only been a year & my cupboards look like they're 10 yrs old! I also had tile put in & now the grout is crumbling!
    I contacted the business here & they finally had me talk to someone from who I thought was from Tennessee, but I think it could've been N. Carolina. They looked at pictures & after a day or so they said that my problem wasn't on the lifetime warranty & they would send me the same stuff the installer did. She wanted me to sign something on docusign in order to receive those items. I didn't want to sign them in case there was a different route I could take. If anything, this should be covered under the lifetime warranty.

    We placed an order on 5/5/22. On May 25th, 2022 we received a partial cabinet delivery containing a broken cabinet and broken clips. We are missing 6 cabinets from our order that's been paid in full. It's been over two months since we received our delivery. The store admitted to missing these 6 cabinets on the delivery, which are sitting in their warehouse. They simply will not ship them. We have a claim filed for the broken items (claim # *********) which we are continually receiving emails from customer service saying there is no update on shipment. We have called the Salt Lake Store several times regarding shipment of the missing cabinets and can get no answers from Matt and Richard (the store manager). When we ask for corporates phone number or an executive resource that could rectify the issue we are denied. This delay has caused us time and money. We are unable to finish our new build due to this issue. The company is offering zero resolve to their mishap in shipment. We asked for a full refund and for them to come get the cabinets they did deliver, but they said no refund for open cabinets. We would like a full refund, so we can take our business else where. After two months we have patiently tried to resolve this issue with the company and have given them the opportunity to make it right. However, we haven't had any progress or positive result. We are asking for your assistance and expertise.
