      This regards a bill being sent to my wife, *********************************** This business continues to bill ** for a visit that was done online with 0 copay. I have requested in **** terms and very nasty terms for many months that they rebill this or show me a date of service. They fail to do anything but send another bill. From what I could see in our EOB's, they billed one visit as in office instead of telehealth. They refuse to fix it, they refuse to respond.I want this $25 bill to stop coming. We don't owe them anything. If they have misbilled things, it's between them and the insurance company. I can't fix whatever error they made when they submitted the claim.We owe them 0. It's between them and insurance

      Hello,

      My name is ********************* and I am a Manager in the ************************ with Valley Behavioral Health.

      We have been in communication with the program that the services were provided and we were able to resolve the issue with the balance that was on the clients account.  The client will not be charged for the service in question and the account has been adjusted.  At this point there is no balance on the clients account and no further statements will be sent.

      We are so sorry for the the inconvenience and undue stress that this has caused the client.
