    On 10/2/2022, I left the following 1-star review for Jet Digital (a.k.a. Doctor Multimedia), a marketing company I hired to take over my website mgmt.

    “My experience with this company was very negative. I planned to transition my website and reputation management to Jet Digital, a.k.a. Doctor Multimedia as they offered significantly reduced prices. I should have trusted my gut feeling: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I started the process about 6 months before my annual contract with ******* *** expired. They assured me my website design would be better than my current one and that the transition from ******* *** to them would be seamless. I was very clear that I owned the content of my existing website and wanted it to be as close as possible to my existing site. Their website design was not at all to my liking. They agreed to make the changes I wanted but then just posted the new version LIVE about 6 weeks later without even showing it to me or discussing it with me first. They took it down and we had another meeting. We again discussed my ******* *** deadline which was now quickly approaching, but they didn't get the changes done and my website went down completely. I WOULD NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE TRUSTING MY BUSINESS WEBSITE AND REPUTATION MANAGEMENT TO THIS COMPANY and I am returning to ******* ***.”

    We received this transcribed voicemail 10/2/2022:

    "Hello, this is AJ T******, CEO of Dr. MultiMedia. *** **** ********* left a 1 star review for my company. I in return left a 1 star review for your company. Google's guidelines are saying that if you have any contact with the business, you could leave her a review. So you gave one to me and I gave one to you. Here's the thing I have 3600 5 star reviews. What you're going to do is remove that review or you're going to get 100 1 star reviews tomorrow. Try me."

    Also, they haven't transferred ownership of my domain–*******************************– back to me. Email requests were made on 9/27 and 10/3/2022.
