    I booked a 4 hr cleaning service through this agency which was supposed to be May 13 from 12-4pm. Package should have been all the floors, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen.

    Maid shows up around 10 minutes til 12, stays 5 minutes and says "I have to leave but Ill be back in 5 minutes" and she leaves for 30 minutes. Comes back cleans one of the bathrooms, starts to clean the kitchen but actually just put dishes with food on them in the dishwasher. She actually nested the pots an pans so they would fit and be out of site but there is no way for them to get clean that way, She didnt even run the dishwasher.

    She did a good job cleaning off the counters but didnt do any of the floors an didnt clean the second bathroom. She was gone by 2:45.

    I did not get the services I paid for and additionally I was required to enter a tip when I paid which she definitely does not deserve.

    Your guarantee states "we will not issue a refund. If you are unhappy with the services we will send someone else back out if you contact us within 3 days" . However I contacted the email within 2 hours after her leaving. Got no response. Contacted the text number who sent the maid. They gave me two different numbers, dispatch and the supervisor. I have left 6 messages on the phone for the supervisor and 2 on the dispatch number. No one has called me back and today is the end of the three day window.
    I would like my tip refunded and another cleaner to go out and actually do the job I paid for.
