I couldnt be more disgusted with this company, and I put in almost 2 months there. Firstly, pay. They were never upfront about what Id be making, and they dont pay you for drive time to get to the locations youd be posted in front of. They only pay decently if you can make their nearly impossible standards for quotas, and even then, absolutely everyone in the office was struggling, like couldnt spare $2 for anything, unless you were either the top manager or directly below him. Secondly, office culture. Culty chants every 30 minutes, music so loud you couldnt even think while you were expected to memorize pages of text, extremely hostile and ***** assistant manager who would openly and publicly chew out those below her, and both she and the main manager were racist, something I dont say lightly. I dont even want to go into the circumstances as to how I came to find that out. Everyone knew who was underperforming, any private information about workers personal lives was shared office wide, and their favorite chant was HRs in a different state as justification for their abhorrent and wildly inappropriate behavior. Work life balance. Nonexistent. They expected you there at 7:30 AM and would have you stay until 7:30 PM Monday-Saturday, absolutely no exaggeration. Keep in mind, weekly base pay for all those hours was $480 without taxes. It took me 3 hours to get to work and back, and then if I were to sleep for any reasonable amount of time I would have an hour and 40 minutes together on a work day. I got 22 hours with my husband a week with sleep time subtracted, and we got married while I was working there. We were newly weds spending less than a full day with each other a week. Long story short, do not work for, endorse, or associate with this company or the charity they work for, Stand for the Silent under any circumstances.

This company states poses as a marketing company. They represent only one charity that they do fundraising for. I interviewed with them. They set up booths outside grocery stores and tell people theyre fundraising for Stand For the Silent and that 100% of donations go to local schools to spread awareness for suicide prevention and anti-bullying. But I know from my interview that the people at the booths get 20-30% of every donation and that is how they make their wages. On top of that, since its a pyramid scheme, the higher *** also take a cut from the donations. They are not affiliated with any of the local schools. It is a scam.

******** is the worst to work with. During my first interview it seemed pretty legit. The whole interview he never explained in full detail what a day to day work day would be, never explained how pay would work/how much, he used a lot of buzzwords/sales techniques to string you along. I was then invited for an in person interview. During this one they told me about how I would receive a base pay but then brought up a checklist that I would have to complete in order to receive a bonus, we were getting payed minimum wage.. When the interviewer was asked about my day again she was VERY vague and misleading. I was told this was an office job. She asked me a bunch of personal question relating to my life/past. I thought she was being vague because it was going to be a job where I went at my own pace/figured out my own groove. WRONG. I showed up to my first day ready to be in the office filling out onboarding papers/something along those lines. Instead they told me that I would be going on the field to receive some donations for Stand For The Silent, they had me grab tables, boxes of toy, flyers, things to hand out. Before we left they had us stand in a circle and people were reading from their journals about their goals/personal feelings about the day. We got everything into the car and made our way to a ******** We got set up by doors, she started to engage people about the non-profit charity for suicide prevention. The whole thing felt SO weird and wrong to be doing, we were out there for 8 hours in June where I was unprepared for the weather since I didn't know I would be doing this. We got back to the office where we put everything away and I left. The next day I decided the whole thing felt wrong and wasn't me. I went to ******** in his office to tell him I was no longer going to be working with him, he started to ********/degrade me. He called me a quitter, unprofessional, I wasn't going anywhere in my life if I can't handle uncomfortable situations.
