    My husband hired a landscaper working at a neighbors home to come and trim a few bushes as well as install some edging. The receipt came to 780.00. I noticed that my husband wrote a check for 3000.00. I asked why and he said he did not know he was not feeling well and thought he wrote it for 780.00. We checked our bank and the check had been cashed for 3000.00. I called the person and asked why he cashed it instead of asking for a correct amount and he stated he did additional work of spraying for weeds and pests, which my husband did not authorize but the person said he did. I stated that 2220.00 is way to much for weed and pest spray and where is the invoice for that. He stated the work was done after the invoice was written. I said that I wanted my 2220.00 refunded and he said no, he did the work. And would not return it.
