I was served papers back on August 2023 stating that I had a lawsuit from Olson Shaner on behalf of **** *** they were to file a judgment The claim was for a bill with an endodontist they hadn't been paid in the amount $821.77 and that **** *** had charged a fee of $328.71. The problem was I have never heard from them once neither company. The insurance company was supposed to have paid on that. I called them a few days later August 30th. After receiving their paperwork and asking to work out something and pay this off. I was willing to pay off the bill and interest charges of $1,150.48 and just to get this settled and closed out. Except when the lady that I spoke to on the phone refuse that offer and was so rude and wouldn't accept "ANYTHING" but $1890.38 or I can make payments on that. I told her I couldn't make a promise of making payments at the time with our situation and that I needed to just settle and try to pay this off they weren't willing to even budge. They also tried going ahead and filing the judgment on me while I had filed for a hearing with the judge. *** from their office called 5 days before our trial which are trial will be on Wed stating he wanted to work something out but letting me know that the amount of course is gone up which is almost *****?? it's probably in my best interest to try to work something out if I don't agree to something and that they're going to get it granted anyway so it would be more in my best interest to just come up with the amount that they agree on. His offer was $1,900 and I offered them $1,500 which is still just astronomical! He told me he was going to call his client assuming that is ******* and try to work something out but I have called him everyday since and have got nothing back in return from his clients!
