    Constantly receive emails from Envato when I do not use their product. Their opt out is to manage via my downloads, but I do not have downloads. There is no way to opt out from their bulltshit emails, and the address is do-not-*********************** which is a no-reply unresponded too box. Stop ******* contacting me.

    Thank you for escalating this case to us.
     
    We have completed our investigation into ***** ******** account and can provide the following details:
     
    ***** created an Envato account on October 2017. Our records show minimal activity for a brief period following account creation, with no recent usage. The account has remained dormant for an extended period, which may explain why the customer doesn't recall creating it. Additionally, we have no record of support tickets or contact attempts from this customer requesting removal from our email communications.
     
    Given the customer's preference to cease communications, we will immediately process their removal from our email list and continue coordinating the resolution through your team.
     
    Based on our findings, we consider this matter resolved from our end unless the customer requires further assistance.

    Envato fraudulently charged me $42 for the past 6 months after I cancelled my monthly membership. They do not offer any live help and the phone number they have given billing departments with capital one goes to a no longer in service message.

    Their company is fraudulent and dishonest. They are not deserving of any business certification and should be held to higher standards when doing business with customers in the United States

    Hi Team,

    Thankyou for bringing this case to our attention.

    We have been investigating **** ********* case and are able to share the following information.

    On the 20th of April, 2025, **** reached out to Envato support with the following message;

    “I canceled my subscription months ago and I am still getting charged. I want my money back now”

    Envato support replied 15 hours later, asking for more details. **** had not contacted us from the email address not associated with an Envato Elements subscription, so we asked him to contact us via that email or provide information that would allow us to locate the account in question. 

    **** sent another support request from the email address associated with his Envato Elements subscription, where we were able to look into his request.

    **** had a subscription that spanned 6 months, an Envato Elements monthly subscription will continue to automatically renew each month unless a customer cancels (as outlined in our User Terms). **** had not cancelled his subscription at any point and, as such, still had an active subscription.

    Our support team assessed his case, and as a gesture of goodwill, we refunded 5 of the 6 months of his subscription. We were unable to refund the first month of his subscription, as **** actively used his subscription to download and license an asset for commercial use.

    On the 22nd of April, 2025, Envato initiated the refund for USD $211.10 to **** ********* credit card ending ****.

    The refund amount was comprised of 5 months' worth of Envato Elements monthly renewals.

    5 x USD $42.22 = USD $211.10

    We informed **** that the refund has been processed, but we never received a reply.

    His subscription was cancelled in the process, and no further funds have been taken.

    On the basis of the above, we consider the ticket resolved.

    I put my account on pause in October 2024. The 5th of February 2025, I noticed a charge for a monthly subscription to Envato. I contacted them immediately to let them know that I wasn't ready to resume using the service and I also cancelled my account to prevent further charges. I never received any response. the ticket number for the correspondence with them is ******* and my account username is ************
