      had imaging at done on 24 aug. was told at the time they accepted medical as prime and tricare for life as secondary insurance but because their computer program is not able to file for secondary insurance until paid by the primary I would have to pay a $110.00 copay up front which would be refund once tricare paid. its been over 3 months and now they are telling me they are awaiting credential approval from tricare and cannot say when that would happen. this is unacceptable practice and hurts the pocket books of older folks or for that matter all folks who can afford it the least

      I went here for a MRI 4+ months ago,my health insurance paid 100% then today November 9th 2022 they started sending me emails that I owe them almost $200 when I don't owe them at all
