      Dominion is an embarrassment. I've lived in **********, ** about a year. We've had at least 6 outages including one last night and again today. I previously lived 7 years in *******. We had fewer outages through ************* and Light in that entire period.I am filing a complaint with appropriate regulatory agency and taking to social media even opening a ******* account just for that pupose.Worse yet no follow-up by any company reps is ever made.

      I called to cancel my service since I moved out 4 days prior and switch it to my new address. No one at dominion energy told me when I was canceling they were going to charge me for 4 more days after I canceled (which actually ended up being a week) "in case of emergencies". Now I'm stuck with a large bill that I get to cover or I'm screwed. Training opportunity for your agents!

      I called Dominion Energy on 2023 02 15 asking why my natural gas was very high ($180) when I have only a two-bedroom apartment. The customer care representative replied, "the charges are based on past meter readings from other tenants in this dwelling" [I am paraphrasing]. So I requested a technician to do a meter reading as soon as possible because I cannot afford a ******************* every month, and she declined to send a technician; however, the customer care representative suggested, "do your reading and snap a photo every day for the following month to compare it with our readings." Dominion Energy claims that between December 16 and January 17, my heating usage was ***** Dth. In addition, I requested to speak with a company representative that can come to my home and do a "weatherization" inspection/assistance. Unfortunately, they can only come to my dwelling in April when winter is over. Today, I received a new natural gas bill for $182.99 with a reading of ***** Dth, and again no technician from Dominion Energy has visited my house for a meter reading yet.

      THE WORST company for customer service, the lineman seem to keep the gas lines open but the customer support staff and billing people -- treat the customers rudely & are the laziest least helpful people of any UTILITY/gas for that matter any company's customer service i have ever dealt with-- and everyone i have spoken to says the same!!

      The absolute worst company for power. 1st off the customer service is ?? And if they come out those workers are awful &rude. My power went $80 bucks higher with me doing nothing at all different ??????????I hate this power company SCE&G WAS WAY BETTER ??
