      Purchase used RV on July 2. It had not been cleaned and inspected, promised everything would be checked to make sure everything would be working. Found several things wrong as soon as got it home that day, I should have made sure all was done before signing and bringing it home. Most have been fixed, remainder pretty miner. Was told would include a service warranty that would last several years but no mention of charging us for it, like a price. I thought it was a bonus to help sell trailer. During purchase I did miss in the paperwork where it was between taxes and fees, didn't catch it because similar amount to down payment. Resolution desired it refund of service fee and not charge for the repairs that should have been done while on sales lot. I should have been much more vigilant and less trusting because I have been on the bad side of a deal with Ken Garff in West Valley.

      We have reached out to this customer and made arrangements to go to his home for a couple of items still needing repaired. We have been to his home two times to handle other issues and now we are aware of these last two items we will handle it.

      Customer also requested refund on warranty which we have done.
