    Absolutely insane!! I received this product and while it was nice my husband was not interested in it. So I literally contacted them the same day I received it for a return.I returned it within the week due to working 50 hour work weeks and with paying the return postage to do so and took photos before it left!!! Unused!!!!! They have had the product since the 18th and after writing them for the third time again in regards to my refund they are saying it was used and due to quality control they had to throw it away!! SCAM!!!!! I returned an unused item!! I have photos!!! This is crazy and disgusting!! I want my refund!!!

    I bought a set of knives as a Christmas present and decided they werent a good fit so I mailed it back to them the very next day on 12/23/22. In the package I returned, I included proof of purchase and the knives were never used. Unfortunately, I lost the return tracking number from the post office so when I emailed their support group to ask if they received my package they told me in order to get a refund or look for my package I would need the return tracking number. I gave customer service my order number several times and asked if they could look through their return items to ensure they received it so I can get a refund, but no, I cant get a refund because I dont have a return tracking number. I spent $200 on a set of knives I never used and customer service has been extremely unhelpful. I also checked their return and refund policy on their official website and nowhere on there does it say you must have a return tracking number in order to receive a full refund.
