  The company erroneously processed payroll in conflict with withholdings. Champions flexibility on their website and integrity and instead refuses to act with integrity and amend their oversights

  On February 15th of each year UTP changes all exempt witholdings of taxes back to the default setting per IRS guildlines stated on the **4 form. Claiment needs to submitt a new form each year claiming tax exempt if they choose to have that tax deduction applied to their payroll tax deduction.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  Their response is invalid. It has nothing to do with the issue. This same issue was present in the previous year in December, they were made aware of the issue immediately upon the very first interaction with their payroll company, and refused to address it after repeated contact. Their website states that flexibility and customer satisfaction is their highest priority and yet, I have proof of repeated contact and request to revise their intentional oversight, which has been easily addressed with other companies over my over two decades of experience and instead they outright refuse to do so. I asked at their initial mistake that it be amended, I asked a second time at the continued ignorance and intentional oversight that it be amended and addressed. At no point have they met the terms of their advertisement.

  To legally come to a middle ground on the issue. The complaintant can go to our website and complete a new W-4 form that is good until 2-15-2024 with a tax exemption.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The complainant actually did exactly that, for both 2022 and for 2023. The reason that I contacted BBB is because I did those items first and what I specifically did legally was ignored. 
  

   

   Additionally the documents that ******************* refer to on his website, for one, is a fillable form that does not provide the ability to fill it out according to his EMPLOYEE demands. 
  

  
  In both my 2022 and my 2023 filings with ******************** companies my claim as exempt was VERY clearly written on my documents. Now it is ******************* responsibility to correct his employees decision to directly ignore my written documents and file them however they felt like doing so without acknowledging the intent.

   

  Additionally, as previously stated, his website clearly claims customer satisfaction. I am DEFINITELY not satisfied and the responses ignoring all of these stated issues further solidify exactly the issue. By now, my revised documents and missing funds, per what I specifically have provided to his company repeatedly could have been remitted to me.
