    My pool cover ripped during a normal closing so I filed a claim through the stated warranty. Although the legal document claims this type of claim should be covered, they denied my claim without even looking at the product and even claimed it was because of improper installation, however they never even inspected in installation. It worked great for over a year. This had nothing to do with installation. Now they are telling me they will put me in touch with a local dealer to do the repair, however Ive called every day and they wont give me any direction or answers. This claim has now been over 35 days and still no answer and i still have a ripped pool cover. This company is a scam. They should legally be covering their product by the warranty they claim. They should follow up and they should take ownership for their defective product.

    This company has been an extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise against placing any orders with them. Despite their pleasant demeanor on the phone and assurances that my order would be shipped before the holiday closure, they failed to fulfill their promises. Repeatedly, they claimed my order was ready, but when I requested the tracking number, I received no response. It turns out my order was never prepared, and certain parts were on backorder.What's even more frustrating is that I paid for the entire order and shipping upfront, before they even began working on the covers. I've been attempting to obtain a refund for the shipping charge, as I had to personally travel to their location. Unfortunately, I haven't received any communication regarding when the refund will be processed. The level of customer service has been abysmal, with a clear lack of professionalism in managing both customer service and the warehouse crew.In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this company. The overall experience has been marked by false assurances, poor communication, and unprofessionalism.Had to to click on a star but I would not even give them any.
