  Unfortunately my experience with Klugonyx was very disappointing. Having been previously successful at creating and launching products on my own this wasnt my first rodeo. With my plate pretty full it sounded like a good idea to outsource the work this time, and Klugonyx seemed like a great fit. They were local and had nothing but 5-Star reviews on ******. Having already come to the table with a produced sample of my design that I had been successfully using in my home, I was optimistic. Our first meeting seemed promising, and they assured me that we wouldn't need to spend much time in the initial phase because I already had a produced design. However, after signing the contract, they quickly suggested redesigning my product with additional options, which I was initially open to, despite being happy with my original design. Unfortunately, their hourly charges added up quickly, and when I blind surveyed my customers on these additional designs, they unanimously preferred my original design. This left me frustrated, feeling like we had wasted time and money.Phase one dragged on for nine months racking up more hours, and communication became increasingly slow and frustrating. I felt our project was no longer a priority, and after paying thousands of dollars without seeing a final design ready for production, I lost all trust and confidence in them. When I learned that the engineer I worked with had at some point left the company, it further complicated matters. The prospect of an additional $4,000 monthly fee for the next phase made it clear I needed to cut my ********* retrospect, I realized I would have been better off managing everything myself. I also discovered another negative review that mirrored my experience, but it seems that such reviews tend to disappear, leaving only positive ones. I hope my review helps others avoid the same pitfalls I faced.
