    I rented two vans through this company at the start of June. During which time we experienced major safety issues with each of the vans. I reached out to the company while it was going on to document, and after our rental was over I summarized the events and requested a refund. Since then, I have not heard a single peep from the company, despite calling and email multiple times. Even if the answer to the refund is a NO, I would be okay with that - but they are not even acknowledging my attempts to get in contact with them. When I call the national company, they tell me that there's nothing they can do since its through the SLC branch and that branch is a remote branch there's nothing they can do but ping them.

    These were the issues we encoutnered:
    The issues we encountered are as follows:

    Van 1 (License Plate: ******):
    - Drivers seat was unable to be adjusted moving forward or backwards. While uncomfortable, luckily the van driver was able to make this work with her height but this is such a horrendous safety hazard.
    - AC working in this van at 50% capacity and not coming out in all of the front vents. While not an issue in the winter, this was a massive problem and safety concern in 90-100 degree temperatures.

    Van 2 (License Plate: *******):
    - Low oil light came on at 10:30 AM Friday - after literally only picking the van up. While in normal circumstances this probably would be okay to ignore and deal with after returning the vehicle we learned it was in fact an oil leak.
    - The attached/below video highlights the oil LEAK our van experienced which is such a massive safety concern. We were at this location for 5 minutes and that is the amount of oil that had come out.
    - Because we were in the road driving mountain passes, we opted to buy more oil for the van to get us safely where we needed to go. The attached/below picture of the receipt of this oil that I expect reimbursement from AVR on.

    There was an OIL LEAK and the company won't respond.
