    We purchased prescription glasses with migraine relief lenses for our daughter which were delivered on 8 Aug 24z. The lenses were advertised to be gray in tint and have no affect on color perception. In face the lenses are green, despite specific identification that they would be gray in color, and they make my daughter’s view of the world completely distorted from a color perspective. We have been a continuous customer of a avolux for many years now and this is the first time we’ve had issue with a purchase. The lenses for these glasses are completely misadvertised and misrepresented and now the company refuses to offer consideration or a refund for the product despite their non-conformance to their own specifications. We are willing to pay for some cost of the lenses since they are prescription but since this is the only product they offer we are unable to substitute for an alternate product. We seek reimbursement of the cost of the frames, although we should receive a full refund given their complete misrepresentation of their product’s specifications.
