      on the 8th of June I took my celero 5g+ to Smart Tech Phone Repair (SIT&ER, LLC) in west valley and he told me that it would be 70 dollars to fix my screen that's the only thing that was wrong with my phone and I have people at my work and at home that can back that up anyhow i left came back in about 2 hours and got my phone paid 70 dollars left got to 7200 south and realized my thumb print wasn't working so i called he told me to come back opened the phone back up plugged it back in and in the process messed up the ear speaker didn't realize it till i got home came back in tried to fix it but didn't a day and a half later the screen popped off took it back in now the ear speaker and speaker phone part doesn't work he took it back apart glued the screen back on thought everything was ok told him to order the other parts got home and found out it no longer charges so i messaged him and told him that i didnt want to spend a bunch of money on this phone due to an upgrade coming up so i wanted half of my money back cause he destroyed my phone more then he fixed it and he said that it was my fault the phone was messed up and the only way to get my money back is if i gave him my phone to take the screen back off and him keep all the parts and give the phone back with no screen on it

      This business did not complete the job they promised. He replaced my screen and it was causing more issues to my phone and he promised to replace the screen one more time and stopped responding to my messages and blocked me. Extremely unprofessional. I provided screenshots showing him promising to replace my screen again and he never did he just stopped answering me calls. I would like a 120$ refund for my inconvenience and time wasted.
