      On February 21, 2023 I started ketamine treatments, I was doing 6 treatments in 3 weeks which was what I was advised to do for the best results. I paid $1900 up front that day- in hopes of getting the insurance to process the transaction as soon as possible (as it takes them 30-45 days to get the claim taken care of). I told the staff there that was my intention. They originally gave me a itemized receipt after the 4th treatment, but I needed all of them as I was trying to get the claim started. I heard through the grapevine that all treatments have to be completed in order to get an itemized receipt for the money I paid up front, day I started. So I waited until 3/9/23 (when I finished) and requested it again. I spoke to two people who said they have asked for it. 7 days later I start wondering where it is, the last time I asked for it they got it to me within a couple days. Then they tell me it takes 7-10 days. Regardless, I sent an email 3/17/23 to Nic (I believe the owner) and well as the box I got it from the last time. Still..no response I tried calling multiple times, left a couple voice-mails still nothing. Yesterday 3/22 I changed my review saying they are a shady company. Then, I finally got results. I called in again, spoke to Nic and he said he'd have it sent out right away. He called me again today telling me they replied to my email 3/17 (I've checked all boxes-nothing). He said maybe "its their servers."Then later today he replied to my review saying he was that he was glad to have a conversation today to clarify it was sent out last week as well as today. Since I can't reply to his reply on the review, I will say it here. I never received the itemized receipt, not until yesterday. It took them 13 days to get me the receipt after many phone calls and a couple emails later, and finally what worked- a bad review. People need to be aware of this. That isn't right. Then him lying was over the top for me. Not a good company to work with.

      We have record that Ms. ******’s itemized receipt was sent out via email on 3/17 and again on 3/22. She did request it on 3/9 with standard processing time being 7 to 10 business days which would have given us until 3/23 to complete the request. Each time she requested the receipt she was reminded of this time frame. 


      Her negative review did bring our attention to the issue and prompted a call on 3/23 because our records show it was taken care of twice. The information was presented to her in the phone call on 3/23, including advising her to check her spam/junk folder for the email. The issue was resolved and she did not report any other questions, complaints, or issues for us to address at that time and thanked the person she spoke with. Based on the resolution from the phone call we replied to her google review stating that we were happy to get it settled.

      I am rejecting this response because: I would like proof that they sent me the email on 3/17, please post the proof, obviously I don't have it. I told Nic on the phone I hadn't received the email, he told me to check other boxes, whichI did after the call. He blamed his servers while we were on the phone. Maybe listen to the phone call, apparently they are all recorded? But I feel the company should post the proof of the email that was sent to me on 3/17. They did not send it to me. They may have said 7-10 business days, but he lied about sending me the information, which is not okay. Especially when the first time I received the itemized receipt only took 2 days, unfortunately it was only partial what I paid, I needed the whole thing. Regardless, they aren't being honest and need to own that or show the proof. Once I see the proof, I'll let it go.
