    I took my truck to repair transmission clutch on 6/24/22 to La Siera Truck Repair Shop. Repair was done and i paid full price. Noticed that still not working properly next day, I returned to place of service and had them look at it again. They said to continue driving that it would be ok. Few days later I drove to ***** and noticed that is even getting worst so i returned to La Siera Truck repair shop to have them look at it again. This time they adjusted clutch and said it should be good and to drive ***** miles and come back if any problems. i still was not seeing progress and same problem occur so i took truck to other shop and they did full diagnosis taking a full transmission out and found loose pieces of metal inside of transmission that was causing problems. I had to have new clutch put in and pay again for it. I returned to la Siera Truck repair shop to see about getting refund. They told me they will send parts i gave them back from clutch they repaired to the manufacturing place and will let me know in 4-6 weeks. I waited 7 weeks; they did not call so i went back to the shop at this time they said they did not send it back yet that they did not have time to do it. I asked them can i take it to manufacturer for them and they said yes and gave me parts to take back to manufactures. I gave it to manufacturer, and they said they will let shop know. Then i went back to shop advised i delivered parts and gave them a copy of paperwork. they told me they will let me know in about a week of outcome. i again waited few weeks went back and they call the manufacturer they told them will be couple of more weeks. Again, i waited few weeks went back yesterday and i asked about it they said manufacturer never called them back and they never followed up on it either. They did a bad job of repair and should be taking responsibility to me and refund the funds and deal with manufacturer on their time if they feel parts were bad.

           When the customer decides to take their *********************** to another shop. We have to wait for the defective part to be sent to the to the origen of the manufactory. in  this particular case , is  the store that, sold us the parts ,that has the responsibility to inspect the parts. This clutch was purchase at Kenworth Truck Sales In ************** store .
