  Company: Restart Tree Care and Landscaping Inc.I didnt hire Restart Tree Care and Landscaping Inc.they were servicing the vacant lot next to mine. But from the way they acted, youd think my property came with the job. They rolled in like they owned the place, parking four to five trucks on my land. Yes, our lots are adjacent, but thats not an invitation to treat my yard like a construction zone.The first red flag? I had to track someone down just to leave my own home. When I returned an hour later? Completely blocked in again. It didnt stop there. They worked until 9 PMloud, disruptive, and totally inconsiderate of the neighborhood. This isnt a commercial zone, its a residential area. People live ********* forward to todaymy cars blocked again, this time by a random car I dont recognize. Come home tonight, and surprise: its now parked behind my other car. And guess what? Theyre all gone. No note. No heads-up. No common courtesy. Its now 7 PM and I still cant move either vehicle.Bottom line: this company has zero regard for property lines, neighbors, or basic professionalism. If this is how they operate next to a job site, Id hate to see how they behave on one.Avoid them.

  I had them thin out and shape 2 huge cherry trees. They did a great job. The trees look so much better. They cleaned up everything and made it look nice and tidy. They were a little pricey but they were done in 4 hours and came back the next day for cleanup. I didnt have to pay anything until they were completely done!! Very happy with my trees!! Less cherries this summer and less leaves this fall!!!!

  These ***s knocked on moms door offering to trim her front trees . She is 92 and is not aware of what tree services cost. The work they were going to do should be around 2500 bucks. She was talked into a price of 7500. And to make things worse the *** said she gets senior citizens discount or it would be 9500. Thieves taking advantage of the elderly. I confronted him and called the police. He threatened to to punch me. I said stay right there until the police show up. I went inside to get the contract and when I got back out he had left. No suprise he left. I guess I will clean up the yard but I can guess these cowards wont have the guts to try to get that kind of money from a 92 year old lady

  We had Restart do two jobs.The first was to cut down some trees and clean up. The trees included a 50-foot poplar. They were done in just a day and clean up was exceptional. Five stars for that task.The second was to build 300 feet of vinyl fence. The bid that we were given (before signing the contract) was a good price. Then two days later they returned and said that they had forgotten to include the cost of site prep which added another 30% to the total cost. After they had started construction the city engineer halted work because they had not acquired a permit and were not building it according to local code. Once they adapted the original design (just a couple of easily fixed things) they finished the job quickly and we love the fence. BUT they did not clean up after construction--leaving holes, dirt piles, and an extremely uneven surface. They had to remove about 50 feet of concrete curbing and instead of carting it off, they simply buried it in our garden without telling us. We discovered it today as we were trying to get our yard back in shape. As a further irritant, they used my ladder for some task or other, but did not put it back where they found it. In hindsight I wish I had read the reviews on-line and gotten some other bids for the fence job. After their cleanup failure, I feel like I was overcharged.While we are very happy with the tree removal (and cleanup) and the fence, we are unhappy about the changing cost, the failure to get a permit and learn city fence codes (which are actually fairly standard codes for ****), the lack of any attempt at cleanup after the job, and the burial of concrete debris in our garden.They did a great job with the trees, but a mediocre job with the fence, thus one star for the trees, one star for the fence itself, zero stars for fence cleanup and lack of city permit and knowledge of fence code.

  Way overcharged me. Felt I had been taken. Shouldn't have told them to go ahead. Work promised was supposed to be by experts with 25 years experience. They didn't have a ladder. Young man climbed the tree from my clothes line.

  I hired Restart for a tree removal and a gravel parking pad project in May 2022. I read the online reviews of Restart and I brought my concerns about some negative reviews to Toa, he promptly returned my calls, listened and assured me he would complete the job to my satisfaction. Toa communicated with me when they would be on site so I could adjust my schedule accordingly. Restart completed the job on time and cleaned everything up after the job was finished. I was not charged anything over the price quoted and *** was able to accommodate my requests. I needed a project done and Restart was available to do the job fast and efficient.

  These guys are horrible!! They wanted to charge **** dollars to trim my pine tree! No way!! My husband got them down to 300 after a lot of dealing . It looked like hell!! I wish I could post a picture!! Finally after some complaining we paid ****** should have paid nothing!! Somehow he did not see our no Soliciting sign posted by our front door!! Never again!!! Will I ever deal with these people!! My husband is to nice!! I am not like that!!! Dont let these guys walk all over you!!
