    Oceanic Dive Housing Return Order Number: ****** Item Number: ******* Serial Number: *************** Reason: I can not contact anyone at the company regarding the product which is not functioning I need this to be addressed ASAP I have sent 3 emails. IF THIS IS NOT ADDRESSED IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS I AM TAKING THIS UP WITH MY BANK. This is completely unacceptable for a company. I want a fully prepared return label for this I have tried to contact you way too many times and tried to use the online portal to submit a form way too many times. This is BEYOND unacceptable. Originally the package was delivered to the wrong address so I contacted the company, not a word of response. But eventually, it got to my front door, and it didn't work.

    Standard Return Policy
    If you are not satisfied with your Oceanic Worldwide product(s) you can return your purchase, but please note the following:
    Items purchased online at OceanicWorldwide.com must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
    All returns must include original packaging with tags and/or labels, even if the product has been used.
    Documents: An original receipt or order number must be submitted to complete the return process.
    Items purchased at a physical retailer or on a third-party website cannot be returned through OceanicWorldwide.com and must be returned to the original point of purchase (subject to the point of purchase return policy).
    Please note: Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense.

    If you would like to return the unit for evaluation, Please follow the instructions below to send the item(s) in:
    1. Package all items properly to avoid any damage during shipping.
    2. Print a copy of the **/CA document and include it with your return.
    3. Write your **# on 3 sides of the outside of the box.
    4. All product returns should be shipped to the address specified on the ** document. Product returned to an address other than what is specified above will result in a delay in processing.
    5. We recommend using an insured, trackable method of shipping.
