On February 18th, 2024 I accepted a job offer working from home remotely for "Atria Senior Living". I was speaking to a "Taylor K*****" through Microsoft Teams, she stated she was in the HR department. They wanted to set me up as a new employee so they requested all of my information, Full name, DOB, Address and asked me that I send them a picture of my CA Driver's license and my Social security card. After that, on February 19th, "Taylor K*****" said that the "Accounting department" would be emailing me a check to print out and do a mobile deposit to my NFCU account so I could purchase my work items. I wasn't able to access my mobile app at the time so they had asked for my user and password to see if they could just deposit the check from their end. They weren't able to deposit the check on their end thru my NFCU account either. Then on February 23rd, they asked for my user and password to my Verizon account so they could just purchase the equipment for me utilizing their company card. 2 new iphones, a pair of Beats Fit Pro, and an iPad were ordered to be delivered to my house. After obtaining the items from Verizon on February 27th, they told me I needed to send them to the "IT company" in Houston, Texas right away, so they can add the software to the devices and send it back to me so I can start working from home. I went to Fedex on March 2nd @ 9:30AM to send the items to the IT company in Houston, Texas. I received an update from Fedex that the items were delivered on March 7th to the "IT company" I shipped it to(M three Tech Address: **** ****** ******* ***** ***** ***, Houston, Texas 77083). Then I was informed that the items were missing from "Taylor K*****" from the HR department and they are notifying UPS that the items were missing. I sent the items thru FEDEX!! This is when I knew I got scammed! This entire experience has affected my credit score and added $3727 in fraudulent charges on my personal phone account ! With $949.65 that was due on 04/27/24.

      - I submitted out an ACH form and voided check on 12/19/23

-On 11/19/23, I was issued a check on behalf of my father, ******* *********.
-I am the financial Power of Attorney for my father. Atria has my FPOA on file.
-On 12/19/23, I was informed by Irina

My mother, ****** **** *****, died February 23, 2023 at Rocky Ridge Retirement Community, in Hoover, Al, which is owned by Atria Senior Living.
On the first of April I received a check for $1018.86 for the remainder of the month rent. The check was made out to:

Atria's Senior Living facility in Bolingbrook, IL should be investigated, especially its billing practices. Their rep. they lost my deposit check which their employee handled. I incurred a $25 bank fee to cancel the check and reissue it. they wouldn't admit that their employee was at fault (There are additional monies involved not mentioned in this excerpt). Management treated me terribly after I asked for two levels of care to be eliminated. Atria dragged its feet on this request. Naturally, they didn't want to give me the money back and I haven't seen the money on the latest statement I received from them. They say I owe money yet they can't really prove to my satisfaction that I do. I am confident Atria owes me. I would like their corporate office to connect with me. There are some serious issues at the Bolingbrook, IL facility. But trying to speak to someone is impossible. I am requesting that Atria corporate call me to discuss a serious problem.
