      I got my oil changed while travelling in the ******* area. While they were changing my oil they removed my valve covers to check my tire air pressure. They failed to reinstall these covers. I made a complaint through their website. The owner reached out to me and indicated they would mail my covers back. This has not occurred as yet. This caused me to reach back out and they are not answering my question about how this issue will be resolved. As such I am escalating to BBB.
