We are doing a remodel in our home. Lansing Building Products delivered windows to us on Aug 5. They backed their big moving truck into the driveway and upon leaving their truck hit my car that was parked in the driveway. They did not stop and drove away. I chased them down the street and caught up to them at the stop sign. Their response was "that's what that sound was, we thought the truck just scraped on the cement". Deep scrapes were on the drivers side and it ripped my rear light off, damaging the wires making it so that the brake light and blinker no longer worked. Pictures were taken and I called their warehouse manager. I filed a claim with their insurance company, got a rental car from the airport due to no cars being available Friday evening or through the weekend. I took my car in within the next week to get an estimate. My car took 2 months to get fixed due to their insurance company not approving it for payment and the car repair place not having availability. Their Insurance company, Sentry, has failed to reimburse me for all of my rental car fees as well as other costs associated with them damaging my property. I have submitted receipts to both Sentry (insurance company) as well as Lansing Building Products. I have not heard back from either in over 3 weeks.
