    Purchased a pair of sunglasses and within one week, the lenses popped out one by one. Called into customer service and dealt with an extremely impatient manager who ultimately offered no other suggestions to remedy the issue but to repeat herself for me to send in photos of the damaged glasses and receipts to a website page that appeared ************* addition, the website that was provided on the card to file a replacement isn't legit, so I tried the official DelSol website. When filing for a replacement online, there is a $14.99 shipping/handling fee within the ** and $19.99 for international. When I checked back again, the cost changed to $12 for the US and $17 for international. Ridiculously high for already expensive glasses. Very unreasonable! Just out of curiosity, I proceeded with the process for the replacement and they didn't even have the "summer breeze" sunglasses (the one I purchased) as one of the options! However, the official ****** had it on sale at $75 vs. $79 regular price! When asked about this to the manager, she sated that it must be out of stock.Hindsight, I wished I had read the reviews prior to purchasing as my experience was similar to previous reviews. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing their products anymore.

    As the other reviews say, the lifetime guarantee is a joke. Bought a pair of sunglasses. The lenses keep popping out. I went to use my code to get a replacement. The options listed were also the same options they had on sale. I picked one and paid the shipping fee. The shipping fee was processed on my credit card immediately. That was July 6th. Email said it would ship in 5-7 business days. Three weeks later I emailed and was told our sunglasses are on a temporary shipping hold. Another week later, July 30th, I am told they are out of stock until November (they were in stock for sale on the website long after I placed my replacement order) and I can either wait or get a new redemption code and pick something else. The link to get a new code is broken and leads to an error message, so its not an actual option. Sounds like they held the replacement orders to fulfill the new website sale orders for the same model first. Now they intend to hold my money until November without shipping anything. Nope. Refund my shipping charge or I go through my credit card.

    Went to the website to try and replace a pair of sunglasses that broke. Used my code and there are no options to replace my sunglasses. Very disappointed. Paid $99 for a pair of cheap plastic glasses

    I bought 3 pairs in Cozumel when I went on a cruise. We have been wanting to buy a pair for a long time. When we finally were ready, they told us about the lifetime warranty. As soon as I got home, one of my pairs broke and another one, the s**** came out. I immediately contacted them for the new pair and they said it was going to be $12 for shipping and handling. I said that was fine and we ordered a new pair. That was on September 16. I called multiple times and they said they were on their way and they are still not here. How long does it take to send a pair of glasses with a lifetime guarantee? Do they just advertise that they have a lifetime guarantee, but then it takes months to get the new pair? They need to tell you that when buying, because I have been without glasses for awhile now and I need to wear them when I am outside. I shouldn't have to wait for a long time to get a replacement. They should be here within a week. It is ridiculous. I still can't find the right s**** for my other pair and they are very loose. I don't want to pay $12 for that pair because the s**** fell out. Don't get these glasses even with the lifetime guarantee, because it takes months (well I don't know how long, because I am still waiting).
