    They are trying to collect again on an old debt that was settled years ago. Original collections were for culligan services. I spoke with ******** ************ at culligan who shows the bill settled and paid in full today 10/21/24. Premier has been harassing me daily and I have already paid the debt.

    Ms. ****** was making monthly payments to Premier Recovery Services, LLC and the payments suddenly stopped.  On 10/21/24 Ms. ****** contacted *** after she received a notice from our office and she spoke with ***** ***** regarding this account. Ms. ****** stated that she spoke to ******** at ******** regarding this account and it was paid in full. ***** **** from our office reached out to ******** at ******** who verified that the account had been taken care of with ******** directly and ******** failed to report the payment to Premier Recovery Services, LLC. ***** ***** from *** immediately emailed Ms. ****** and informed her that ******** verified that her account was paid in full and that they failed to report the payment to our office and that the account was closed in our office and we no longer collecting on this account.

    PRS has not harassed Ms. ****** in any way and once we were made aware that the account was paid in full we immediately informed Ms. ****** that the accounts was closed in our office.
