    On June 05 2024, I suffered a facial injury, which resulted in a broken nose and deviated septum. I went to Urgent Care, had a CT scan which confirmed this and was referred several surgical offices to follow up with the next day, to set up a consultation to try to get in for surgery within 10 days, per the Urgent Care recommendation for best healing. I contacted Aspire surgical, who was able to get me in for a consult 06/07 and ran my insurance on 06/07 for an estimate,and scheduled surgery 06/10/24. Aspire was supposed to run my insurance again ahead of surgery 06/10 and did not. Urgent Care already submitted the bill to my insurance 06/09, which met my deductible. Aspire advised me that I had to pay the full amount over $4700 before they would do my surgery. I had to pay it. They also stated my insurance doesn't cover the $800 for the anesthesiologist, which is which is against the No Suprise Act law.
    I am not the only person dealing with this based on reading their reviews. General anesthesia is part of a routine surgury, and is absolutely covered---the issue is that this office does not itemize it on their bill. My surgery was 06/10 and today is 09/13, they have not even sent a bill to my insurance to show what services I had done. I have called their office multiple times, my husband has called and gone into the office in person, and Cynthia who is in charge of their billing says she doesn't have access and blames my insurance and says she does not know if Aspire made a "coding error" or if my insurance made a coding error which is why there is a delay.
    My receipt that I have showing the paid in full on 06/10/2024 does not list anesthesia services on it,only the surgical procedure done by the surgeon from Aspire included in the cost. After leaving a neg. google review to educate others to look at their bill and my husband going into the building and not leaving until Cynthia came on the phone 09/13 they refunded $800 and said rem will be once ins finalizes.

    The first when I arrived at the dentist they charged me $500 dollars more then the amount required I did the math between my HSA and my bank account they overcharged me. I have the proof on my bank statement. Then they are in network and according to my insurance company they broke contract by not paying me $1,133.00 network discount so I have the documentation. They should not be allowed to conduct business in Utah if this is how they treat their customers. This happened in Park City they say they are in network the insurance says they are in network but when it comes time for them to give a discount they refuse to pay I’ve been fighting them for 3 months now no results. Warn everyone not to go to aspire surgical in park city they are crooks. I have all the bank statements and insurance letters to prove this is a fact. Please be warned and please help. Again this is the park city branch on rassmussen road.

    I went to Aspire Surgical for a consult on August 23, 2021 for intense pain due to jaw issues/clenching. They told me it was TMJ and that they could give me medical botox to alleviate the pain. They gave me pricing for out-of-pocket payment, to which I replied that I would only get the service if it was covered by my insurance (that I did not have the money to pay out-of-pocket). They told me that they deal with insurance companies a lot, and that it should be covered, but that they would check into it for me. They called me back and told me that it was covered by my insurance and scheduled me to come in for the first injection. My first injection was on September 13, 2021. Then I went back for more on September 20, 2021 for the remaining. Apparently, they submitted this to my insurance company, who denied coverage and sent this claim onto the specialty pharmacy (Alliance Rx Walgreens) that provided the botox to Aspire. Alliance had an incorrect address for me, and has been sending bills over the past year that I never received. I just found out that I had a $630.33 past due bill with Alliance that originated from Aspire Surgical. I had to pay the bill, so that it would not go into collections, but I spent 2 hours on the phone with my insurance company this morning, who informed me that they have phone records with Aspire surgical, where Aspire called in with codes to see if they were effective codes, but never received confirmation from Blue Cross that this was covered, because it is NOT. So Aspire went ahead and administered the drug to me (botox) under the premise that it was covered by Blue Cross. But Blue Cross never said it was covered. Now I am stuck with a bill for $630.33 that I would have NEVER agreed to if I had known it was not covered. I think Aspire should pay for the $630.33 because they ASSURED me that it would be covered. It is their issue that they did not get confirmation for, not mine.
