I contacted this Company on October 27th, after I thought I had missed the deadline for my HOA's scheduled sprinkler winterization. I scheduled the service for Monday but was told I would get a confirmation call one before the service was performed. I found out later that the service was not actually needed, as my HOA had in fact performed it already. A confirmation call was never made and never saw a technician at my house so I figured Greenside had just gotten too busy and not come to my house. Roughly a month later I received an invoice from Greenside requesting $150 for payment of the services that I have no way of knowing were actually performed. The water valve to my sprinkler system is in my basement, so I'm not sure how they even would have accessed the shut off valve to do the job properly. The invoice states that the "service includes shutting off the Stop & Waste valve or other point of connection, darining your backflow preventer and where possible using compressed air to drain as much of the water form the pipes as possible." This could not have been performed without access to my basement, which we did not give them.

When I called in April to dispute the charge and hopefully prevent it from being sent to collections, I spoke to Amber in the office, who was unwillingly to hear out my side of the story, and I was told repeatedly "my guys don't work for free". Amber even confirmed on the phone that the techs are supposed to call before to confirm, but when I referenced my phone records as evidence that no one called me, it was brushed aside by statements like "my guys are very thorough". Amber eventually hung up the phone on me, threatening to just send me to collections over the $150. I did make the payment to avoid being sent to collections and impacting my credit score, but am looking to retroactively seeking recouperation of the funds paid.
