    On June 18, 2022, I made an online purchase at the root beer store. Debit card was used and order was processed and to this day still says it’s being processed. Order was never shipped and never received. I was able to get a hold of them on the phone one month later after numerous attempts. The lady I spoke with stated that they are in the process of “opening another business in Boise” and they they still planned on sending the product. She said they didn’t have a date set for when they would complete the order. I asked for a refund at this point. They stated it would be two weeks until they could do the refund. They also said that they’ve already given refunds back to other people having the same issue. It’s been three weeks now and I can’t get a hold of them on the phone. I would like to have a refund and prevent this company from scamming others.

    I purchased a Root Beer sampler pack as a gift for another individual through their online ordering service. After a few weeks, the root beer had not been delivered despite money being taken out of my account. I have attempted to contact them via phone call, email, and Facebook message and have not received a response. It has now been almost two months and the order has not been delivered and the status on the website still says processing.

    Upon looking at reviews for the store on Google, it is clear that others are having the same issue. I would just like my money refunded as the order has not been delivered, money was taken from my account, and they have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them.
