    My husband search eBay auto parts for Kia Sportage 2015 engine, it took him to EQ auto parts , transaction started on 6/28/22, my husband called the number and spoke to a man (with accent ,sounds like he’s from India. I’ll attached the exchange text messages). On 7/05/22 we paid full amount of $2,800 through Global tek services, LLC ( included in the attachment) . On 7/7/22 he received a text “ part has a arrived at your nearest terminal , please callback for further information “ , and he called “ the number is not accepting any calls” ... my husband texted to get a tracking number and updates , no reply. ( included attachment) , he tried to communicate through email, www. eqautoparts.com , when we pressed on that , it takes us to a different website called “Phelix IT Sol?u?tions “ .He called to get a refund, received a refund from Global tek $1,000 on 7/21/22 . We asked Global tek services for the rest of the refund, I was told by Dominic , who works @global tek ,they refunded the full amount and sent me receipt in my email and told me that I didn’t received the full amount because my bank had a limit of 1 thousand a day. I know I have a limit when I BUY , not with refunds. I called the bank that day when we paid the engine on 7/5/22 to increase my limit, only that day. I went to the bank to clarify the matter, 1 st National bank of Texas, clarified it to me that I DON’T have limit to received refunds and that there’s no pending refund going in my account (included in the attachment) . I’ve been calling Global tek services tel. Number ********** , get a callback and spoke with the same person Dominic (from payment and refund follow up , till now, he’s phone number that appeared on my phone is ###-###-#### ) . I told him there’s no way my bank ( 1st National Bank of Texas ) will hold my refund. Still awaiting for $1,800 refund for almost a month now ( bank statement attached). I’m hoping to get the refund soon, to fix my car. Thank you!

    We have spoken with the client several times and let her know that the refund was issued. She has even been told to talk to the bank, either about the refund issued or to dispute the charge. There is not much more we can do. I have tried everything to resolve this issue.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I've been telling Dominic from Global Tek Services LLC in UTAH that the 2nd refund of 1,800 I never received, since July and I don't know why they separate my refund of 2,800. The 1st refund I received was only 1,000 and never received the 1,800 . I went to 1st national bank of Texas and they told me they're not holding any refund that's going to my account. And last time I spoke with them , they said they gonna mail me a check, since the refund didn't went through and They're scared that they will double refund me. I can mail them a bank statement they see for themselves , I didn't get that refund. Thank You!
