BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning product, billing, and customer service issues. Consumers report faulty or malfunctioning interlock devices that register false violations and cause them to be locked out of their vehicles, which then results in unauthorized bank withdrawals and fees for false violations. Consumers further report long wait times and unresponsive customer support. On May 20, 2025, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. We are awaiting the business’ response. As of June 12, 2025, BBB has had no response.
