    My husband and I had our fruit trees and rose bushes sprayed for aphids earlier this year because we were having a massive infestation. When Mark with Nature’s Care Lawn and Tree Co. completed the service he gave me a bill along with a sheet of paper that laid out an optional quarterly spray plan to keep our trees healthy and told me to call him if I wanted to move forward with the schedule. I said that I would think it over and give him a call if we did. We never called him. On August 29th, 2024 I heard a truck outside my house and noises in my backyard. Mark had returned and sprayed our trees without us ever asking him to perform the service or talking to us about it. I went out to speak to him about it and while I was telling him to stop because we never asked for the service he was still actively spraying our rose bushes in front of me. He then proceeded to give me a bill for over $100 for a service I never wanted in the first place!! He told me he “didn’t remember” having the conversation about me calling him if we wanted to move forward. He said it’s their company policy to just sign people up for the full treatment plan (without their knowledge) and show up (trespass) on their property without calling beforehand. These are very predatory business practices and he needs to be stopped!!
