?????Publicly funded intimidation disguised as legal work **** **** and Titan Legal are paid with your tax dollarsincluding over $235,000 from Utahs Section 8 landlord fundyet they use that money to intimidate, isolate, and silence the very people those programs are meant to protect.I personally witnessed how they treated a disabled tenant who requested a legal *** accommodation: after we filed a fair housing complaint to challenge an illegal *** deposit, their strategy was to shut off communication, send threats through a lawyer, and scare her into submission. She became too afraid to speak, and that was the goal all along.Titan Legal doesn't represent law and orderthey represent the abuse of power under the protection of it. They target ********** and disabled renters using the same public funds that should be protecting them. If you are on Section 8 or living in affordable housing, be prepared to be treated like a target, not a tenant.Shame on Titan Legal, and shame on **** **** for enabling this kind of legal bullying.

These guys have taken several shots at me in retaliation, using trumped up charges to try to toss my daughter and I, 20 years ago, and then during the pandemic and prior to it, 5-6 attempts. They failed, usually because they were lying, and I was able to prove they were lying. Or because they had no case, and I fought. One of their sleazy strategies involves filing eviction lawsuits and handing them out like flyers to anyone the landlord doesn't like, or who dares to stand up to the Cullimores. They prey on the poorest, usually Section 8 tenants, and they count on these tenants not knowing their rights, not showing up, and being easy targets for quick evictions and a lot of money for very little work. They would never get away with using these strategies against professional, able-bodied citizens who are employed, educated and resourceful. They would have been shut down years ago for their crimes if that was their target population. They run scams, they exploit Section 8 tenants and people are terrified of them because they are ruthless. They are sociopathic in their methods. Cullimore Sr. ***** (in the press) about creating laws that favor landlords because '... they're my clients. Of course I'm going to create favorable laws for them'. (Quote *** not be exact) They have thousands of victims each year, overwhelmingly families with children, widows, and very ill, poor people with little to no support system. When they're tossed to the streets, most don'tknow how to fight, and if we could track the thousands of victims over the last 20 years, we would find that they have a lot of blood on their hands from suicides, people losing their housing and being killed or dying in the streets, or turning to crime to find income to pay their debts or find new housing. **** is doing nothing to prevent this *********, and the Church of *********************** of Latter-day Saints (both Cullimores are members), doesn't appear to mind either.

My apartment was burglarized at ********. I couldnt sleep at my apartment that night due to my PTSD anxiety. There were snakes living beneath my bedroom window, and the landlord said the snakes were a natural act of God, and there was nothing they could do about it. I had a stalker. Tags were stolen from my car. A girl was shot on the property. The burglary was the breaking point. You can read the rest of my story at the Salt Lake Tribune Renters can be haunted by past evictions or debt claims even if they never made it to court, or on Change.org, **** Senator **** Cullimore Cease Abuse of ***************** The law firm is harmful and needs to be held accountable.

This company is egregiously incompetent. Recently My girlfriend and I were evicted from an apartment that they represent. In September I was rear ended and i lost my second job. When I let the rental agency know about it, they said they would have the owner call me, that never happened. We then got a letter in the mail saying we were being sued by this law firm for failure to vacate..They never served us with the evection notice until we called about the letter we received in the mail. We were also never served with a court summons for the case they are trying to garnish my wages on. Rest assured, I will fight this as much as I can.

**** Cullimore along with any associates has evicted me twice in *** and *************** ****. I was on government rent relief and I have 2 children. His tactics are like a scammer. They make up reasons to evict you and then work hand in hand with ********** Services a non profit legal service. They lie and steel from good **** tax payers. If anyone knows a good Pro **** lawyer I have so many cases that will take this man and his 5 different entities to the cleaners. Join together and fight back and make **** a better place to live for all of ** hard working families effected by these wicked politicians and police.

We received a letter from The Law Offices of **** A Cullimore, LLC that we had 3 weeks to dispute a charge that their customer *********** Senior living apartments in ****************. We wrote a letter stating that we had to break our lease due to a tenant who lived two doors down was emotionally harassing us. She was also stalking me at my work and at the apartment. The property manager did nothing to address it other than talking to the tenant and allowing her to stay for 5 more months when her lease ended even after many other tenants complained about this mentally unstable. She was coming back to the apartment and visiting a tenant who lived next door. The St. ****** District Court approved a stalking injunction and there was a police report filed. We could not serve this tenant as we had no forwarding address. The property manager could have served her a no trespassing order but refused, so we had no choice but to leave as we felt very unsafe and were traumatized. I explained this in my dispute letter to this attorney and he didn't even address it. I was you signed the lease so pay up basically. There is a **** law under domestic violence (DV) that states in **** that a lease can be broken due to stalking.

Actually they are OK. I broke a lease with case, 11 months early. His law office did try to collect from me, but I hired a lawyer who eventually got suspended. Two years later, I reached a settlement with Cullimore and I had to pay only one month and fees, only because I saved overwheling evidence that his client didn't fulfill their baragin of habitful and suitable permises. I will leave at that.

This is a Serial Systemic Predatory and extremely possible criminal organization being allowed by **** **************** and Politicians. ************ Cullimore is more than likely using insider information while his son is a Senator of the *************.I will leave it at that right now. The list of people they have harmed in many ways is very extensive and long. Quite extraordinary and disgustingly appalling. For those who have found themselves a victim to this supposed Law Firm, look into "**** Fit Premises Act." They are extraordinaires of breaking every law possible while also falsely accusing the tenants so that they can be,"A Financial Collectors," while also ruining people credit and putting them on the,"Evictions," making it impossible to obtain any decent housing within the ************* helping to exacerbate the,"Housing Crises," to become millionaires if not even more for absolute greed and profit at the expense of the whole entire *************. If they could, they would take over other states if they were allowed.A lot of these government agencies in **** are TOTALLY enabling this law firm that brags about ,"Representing 90% of ********** Large Apartment Complexes," and buying up slumlords properties evicting everyone under any pretense in order to bring in higher paying consumers.Look into this *************'s Law Fit Premises Act, to see how much they have violated.https://le.****.gov/xcode/Title57/Chapter22/57-22.html "**** Code Page 1 Chapter 22 **** Fit Premises Act 57-22-1 Short title. This chapter is known as the "**** Fit Premises Act."Enacted by Chapter 314, **** General Session 57-22-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter:(1) "Owner" means the owner, lessor, or sublessor of a residential rental unit.
