    I have been trying for over two months to get my 13 yo paid $50 dollars for refereeing. Multiple emails telling me the "compliance team" will get with me. No response. Phone calls go to voicemail. I wonder if anyone is even working at this company. There is already a ref shortage and my son will never ref a game where ArbiterSport/Arbiter Pay is the tool used by the association.

    I am sorry to hear that you have been having a rough experience in obtaining your sons funds and have not received the responsiveness from our representatives that we expect. We had one of our more experienced reps provide you a call and has confirmed that a check was requested for the funds in question. Please let us know if that check does not arrive within the next 10 days. We apologize for this experience and hope to be able to provide you with a better experience going forward.

    Have been trying to receive my funds for over four weeks. Did the necessary online form to have a check mailed and after 20 business days I have not received my check. Tried to call on seven different occasions but can not speak to anyone. I leave a call back number and they do call back in an hour only to be disconnected on first hello. Very frustrated, I have reached out to my assigners and many schools I work with but have found no solutions. This is a horrible way to do business. I will actively encourage anyone involved with sports officials to stay away from arbiter and ask that schools pay directly. They are holding my earnings and will not release.

    Predatory. Hourly rate goes into the red trying to get paid.Executives are for sure the guys screaming the most at Referees from the sidelines. Last picked at recess types.

In looking closer at your request, it appears as if you may have simply been looking to sign in at the wrong location.     Spam company???I have no knowledge, interest, or any need whatsoever from this company. They somehow have my cellphone number in their system and send me nonstop texts messages from their email address "messenger @ arbitersports .com".I get these text messages from this company anywhere from 2 to 5 times per day!I have emailed and called them numerous times to ask them to delete my cell phone number, but they won't take care of the issue.Brutal!

    Thank you for letting us know about the issue you are having with receiving notices from our software systems. We apologize for the difficulties you have faced in getting your phone number removed from our system and we will follow up with the employees that you interacted with to assure that they are properly trained in this process for the future. In looking into this it appears that this issue has since been resolved and you should no longer receive these notifications. If this is not the case, please let us know and we are happy to dig into this further.

    Money comes out from my paycheck for Arbiter to process a direct deposit. Usually it takes 4-5 days before i see the funds. This time it took 13 days (per trace documentation), and the customer service lady implies it was my bank sitting on the funds. Documented record transactions show my bank posted funds to my account the same day they received them.That sounds like an out and out lie rather than admitting they made a mistake.

    We would like to apologize to **** for the delay that he had in receiving his funds and for the lack of transparency he received when contacting our support team. Due to the automatic transfer setting activated on Garys account, funds are typically sent over to his bank account automatically. It was identified on 4/12/2023 that the Auto Transfer setting was not operating correctly in our software and as a result this automatic transfer did not occur at the time expected. We would like to thank **** for reporting his issue as his help assisted us in further determining the cause of this issue. While it is common for delays to occur due to the operations of the many different financial institutions of our customers, this situation was a result of an issue in our product and greater efforts should have been made to investigate and share this with ****. We have since repaired the automatic transfer functionality and continue to monitor it to assure that no further disruptions will occur. It has also been confirmed that **** has since received his funds. Once again, we apologize and would like to thank **** for helping us improve our products and services.
