    Kitlinx has a terrible customer service & return policy. If I could put zero stars, I would have! I ordered a gift for someone from them on Dec.13, 2023. They were not transparent on their site that they were going to import it and that it would take a long time to arrive. Christmas passed and the person who was supposed to get the gift travelled abroad so I returned it. Until today, I have not received my money back. They put it under my account on the ********************** site to force me to use the money to buy something else from them which I have no need for. I have emailed them so many times, finally they promised to refund me the money in an email dated Jan.30. They have not done so until today! They stopped responding to my emails and messages through their site. They left me no choice but to make others aware before they do the same to them!

    BUYER BEWARE The main reason I am writing this review is because of a completely botched order due to his business model. I ordered a 1/48 GWH Su-35S. I ordered this on 12/29/2023. On 1/24/2024, almost a month later, the package arrived at my doorstep. Funny it took that long since I live in **** (Kitlinx is also out of ****). What do you think was in the shipment when I opened it? It was a 1/48 **61 Black Widow! I immediately emailed the owner ***********. He informs me that the 1/48 Su-35 that I requested is no longer available. At the end of the email, he also barked If you are not interested in any of the available kits, please return the kit (the **61) for a full refund.I was a little annoyed. I am away from home for a while. He did not try to work with **** was incredulous as I read the following reply from Loc:The problem is that you paid $85 for a $110 kit. I can give it to you for $20 more?If that wasnt enough, he ended his email again with:I need to get the kit you received back.I warned Loc that I didnt want any more hassle with this, and that he was on his way to having this review posted. I asked him to just fulfill the order (I would accept his substitution), and told him I just wanted what I ordered for the price I ordered. Im truly disappointed though because he is genuinely dishonest. Just when I thought we were getting somewhere, I got this rather nasty message from Loc:I'll send you the Su-35 for free when Kitlinx gets the [**61] kit back. But you pay the shipping back to Kitlinx.I called him out for the hassle this was causing, and told him to just send what I originally ordered without taking me hostage. He replied:This is not the way it works. If you don't trust Kitlinx, just send the kit back for a full refund and the matter is closed. You're getting a good deal here ********, wonderful deal isnt it? Customers love having the wrong orders sent to them and then being held hostage, don't they?
