I contacted inventhelp for a idea of my the location is supposed to be in Georgia. Rep names christina c******* or c*** was handling my patent. I paid 300 for the lawyer and to start the process. Everything she sent me came from a home address in Georgia. I told her that I needed proof that this wasn't a scam she started sending me emails ro invent help website. Her emails to me about non website things would only be seen for 48hrs then disappear emails and text messages. I expressed my feelings about it being a scam. Her reassurance was more website things. She told me I could get on a payment plan. She never said it was an unsecured loan and it would come from a 3rd party source. My first invoice said invent help which has disappear from my emails as well as her telling me she would close my case. I've contacted her but no response about why I'm still being charged from a company when I'm nolonger going through with my idea. I also contacted the lawyer Tom frost about my patent. No response as well. Days later my credit report say I have a new account opened. I contacted them they said I still have an active case. They said I had to contact inventhelp in order for them to know it closed. The only time I could get in contact with her is when she wanted more money. I just want this off my report and the case closed as she stated.

Inventhelp scammed me for $12 000.00 I wanted to create a word game about two years ago. I am busy and do not have the time or know how to find gaming companies. I have seen Invent help infomercials before, so I approach them to help me. At that time, I checked the Better Business Bureau to see if there were official complaints, and I did not see any, so I contacted Invent Help. Before I signed the contract, they sounded so professional and attentive. The first few months after the contract, I received letters and updates after total silence. After a few months of silence, I called them to inquire about the progress. An automated voice said to call another time because there was a high volume of calls, and the call ended. I have never seen a company does anything like that. I called back at a later time, and it was the same. At that time, I was very concerned. So I sent an email asking what was happing. I got an email that did not look or sound like a legitimate company, just a random automatic response; I emailed back asking, “Is this a scam” then I got an email to explain not much. They still take money out of my account and have no game.
