    I am contacting the BBB for Legacy Learning LLC (Rich Dad World - ****** ********), who took my money after multiple attempts to contact them. All of these emails went unanswered and were ignored by Legacy Learning LLC. My son took the course based on false advertising that said that the course was offered at a limited-time discount and had very useful information. The information given was impractical and had no application. When my son paid, he was told that the price was roughly $315 for a single payment. However, they have been charging USD 79 per month since May, and now they have charged over USD 395 with no intention of stopping. This company's customer relations team does not reply at all, and they said they would be ready to respond 24/7. I want my money back from this unethical and terrible company. I have never seen such a fraudulent company.I have all the evidence of communication with Legacy Learning LLC, including the emails I sent and the lack of response from their end. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that provides subpar content and engages in deceptive billing practices.I expect the BBB to take this matter seriously and help me get a complete refund for the unauthorized charges made by Legacy Learning LLC. I have been a victim of their unethical business practices, and I hope that by bringing this to the attention of the BBB, other consumers can be protected from falling into the same trap.
