Every aspect of our Synergy Windows experience was 5 stars! From the salesman to the installers, everything went smoothly and timely. Our previous windows were 32 years old and obviously were very inefficient. We expected to see and hear improvements, but the results were unbelievable. I definitely would recommend them.

Synergy Windows did a marvelous job with our new windows. The "hot" rooms on the west side of our house are livable now, as they block so much heat. The windows are beautiful and the price was amazing. I would highly suggest using this company, which uses "Alside" windows, which are made in Phoenix. We have triple paned windows and they are just amazing. We could not be happier! The installation process was one day and the guys did a fantastic job. I was super impressed with how good and professional they were. I feel so good about this decision to replace my old windows, which had broken seals and were not energy efficient anymore. The Synergy folks also helped me apply for the Thermwise rebate, and with our 14 new windows we expect to receive a check for about $500, after we installed 212 square feet of windows. Each one was a U rating of **** or less and are triple paned. These are good people with a quality product. I highly recommend them.Synergy Windows of Salt Lake City, LLC

I have had an amazing experience with Synergy Windows. Windows are expensive and I chose to do my windows in phases. Synergy has been so helpful with that. I had bids from other companies that were much higher in price with the same quality of materials. The quality of the product is fantastic. Installation was smooth and clean. *****, my sales rep, has taken a lot of time to answer all of my questions and steer me in the right direction, making sure I am informed and know what to expect. Amazing! I'm so happy with the new windows. My old ones were pretty old, but I can already see how much better the new ones will be. They look great, they open and close really well, and the screens really help keep the bugs out. The installation went really well and wasn't a hassle at all. Probably the greatest part about them is how efficient I can already tell they will be. I have had them open most of the time, and the air flow through the house keeps it so cool that I don't need to run the air conditioner. It has been the more comfortable part of the year, so that's not a huge difference. There were a few days, though, when it did get pretty hot and I had to run the A/C. It was on a fraction of the time it usually would have had to run to cool the house. The windows reduce the ** getting into the house which really helps. I have one larger picture window, and I stood in front of it and didn't feel hot at all. There is actually an area of the flood that has changed color due to the sun in that spot. I'm sure that won't happen any more. I'm sure the insulation is helping, too. I can't wait to see how much it helps in the winter. This has been one of the best purchases I have made for my house in 17 years. Love it.Synergy Windows of Salt Lake City, LLC

The service we received from Synergy Windows of Salt Lake City was top notch. We had 24 windows replaced over a three day period in mid-January, and I was surprised how little the installation process changed the temperature in our home as they worked. The installation crew was very professional, and cleaned the area up completely before starting the next window. The fit and finish of each window was excellent. ******, the ************ Manager visited twice during the installation and always asked if we had any concerns. After the job was finished, ****** did a walk through with us and found a couple of scratches on a window and some hinges that he didn't like. Synergy replaced the scratched window pane and the hinges before finalizing the job. **, our sales contact also contacted us to make sure we were happy with the progress. After a bit of time had passed, and we had a bit of experience with the new windows, ** contacted us again to check on our opinion.Based on the price, window quality, and professional service, I would recommend using Synergy Windows to my family and friends.Synergy Windows of Salt Lake City, LLC

We have been very pleased with the experience we have had with Synergy Windows. The installers were very good. The installation was done efficiently and they cleaned up any debris. The windows look very nice and it makes a significant difference in how much of the cold weather gets into our house. 5 starsThe windows are very nice. Block out a lot more noise than past windows. Look nice. Installation was easier, cleaner and faster than I ever thought. Good job.
