      Early June 2023 we trapped a racoon with our own trap. Our Animal Control no longer picks up racoons so I went on line, found and called **** Willdlife Specialists based in *****, I believe. I was told they would make an acception to come to my community and pick up the racoon. They came, took my $175.00 check and my trap (with my name and address on it) and I haven't seen or heard from them again. I was told my trap would be returned in a couple weeks. Eh, okay. More than 9 weeks and 5 phone calls later, ***** has returned my phone calls or my 70 dollar trap. My 175 dollar "acception" has turned into almost 250 dollars. To make matters worse, not two minutes after I called them and committed to their service, my neighbor said she had someone who would come take care of it for free. ****, I had called and committed so I wanted to follow through. I wish Utah Wildlife Specialists would!

      I have never seen a business run so poorly. We had birds nesting in our dryer vent and scheduled an appt for them to clear it. They are supposed to clean and sanitize the vent and install a guard to prevent them getting back in. First appt they didnt show up. They didnt call. I had to call to find out that they werent coming. Second appt they were incredibly late and, once again, no call. I called them repeatedly to get updates. Finally arrive and place the cage. Id like to repeat that they are meant to sanitize and clear the vent because after the service was done we had a bird left in our vent that, to our horror, ended up getting caught and ground up in our dryer as it had no way out. Not only soo heartbreaking and inhumane but we had to disassemble our entire dryer to get it cleaned out. We called AGAIN to have them ensure it was clear and repeated the same game of them not showing up until much later than their appt. At this point I am only confident that they showed up due to the fact that I explained that I was submitting a negative review. A partial refund was provided due to a bird getting torn to pieces in a device meant to clean out clothes. Said the vent was clear and left. Soon after we began to get nesting in our dryer. It wasnt clear. We called again and they basically said heres the rest of your refund. Goodbye. Wouldnt stand by their work or make an effort to fix their HUGE mistake(S). We had to buy tools to get the remaining nesting out and pray there were no more birds. Now within a year after the vent cover falls off anyways. Allowing the birds back in. Try to call again giving the benefit of the doubt. Once again.. no call, no show. I message them to have them respond we moved your appt to tomorrow. A day that does NOT work for me. Then called and said they wont back up their previous work since they refunded us when they cost us so much to FIX their mistakes ourselves!
