I was needing engine work done on my vehicle and this mechanic told me that he could definitely solve the problem, which he mentioned was a timing chain replacement. They stated that the job would take two days but stretched it to a total of five days ranging from 4/22/2023 - 4/26/2023 because they would come for about 45 minutes to an hour, and then disappear with an excuse as to why they left. I also had to go out of my way to purchase other parts that he was supposedly needing as well. After the job was done, I came to figure out that the mechanic didn't fix anything rather he took my money and left me with more problems than I began with. I had my vehicle reinspected by another mechanic called Overson Automotive Repair and they pointed out multiple missing bolts from my engine as well as broken components that could have put me in a life-threatening situation. Not only that, but I also now have oil leaks as well as smoke coming from the engine bay. Based off of what Overson Auto could see externally, there were many things that were ruined on my vehicle because of "Right There Auto Repair." They are still unsure if internal damage was done. Before the previous mechanic took on the job, he had me pay him half of what the total job "cost" was, and I ended up paying him a total of 812.50 on April 18, 2023. When trying to work something out to get my money back he was very dismissive and unwilling to work with me.
I also came to find out that a few days after this mechanic ruined my vehicle, they also ruined someone else's vehicle as well on May 4 (that review can be found on yelp). I would desperately want to get a refund as well as payment for the cost of getting the other mechanics to check out my vehicle, and what it's going to cost to repair the damages caused by "Right There Auto Repair". The images below show visible external damage and missing parts. I will have to pay in order to check for internal damages.
