    They don't have an address which is a whole other conversation... but sssentiallt I got a pre made order of two jackets. Their policy stated pre made orders would be shipped in 3-4 weeks. After 5 weeks I reached out to be told it would be sent at the top of the following week. When that didnt happen, I reached out again and they told me they actually didnt have one of the jackets (Array Jacket), and that i can cancell and gst a full refund. I stated more than once I did NOT want to cancel, but felt it was unfair of them to not even offer a PARTIAL refund for the mistake on their end. After multiple back and forths of them refusing to give me a timeline, issuing a partial refund for the jacket they don't have, or sending the one that they DO have, they ended up canceling my order fully without my permission. They blamed me for being rightfully frustrated and using swear words when they lied about when my order will be shipped, having the products I ordered in stock when I ordered pre made, and continuously avoiding my reasonable customer requests by threatening to cancel my order even though I made it known multiple times I did not want that. After multiple back and forths and growing frustration, the customer is to blame for getting upset? Yes, I do feel bad for using choice words, but when I did not feel heard, was lied to, and made to feel insane for reasonable compromisations it was hard not to lose my temper. Especially when they stated they only didnt have the Array jacket, and I asked if they could send the Starfruit one and I wiuld gladly wait for the Array, they avoided answering why they couldn't do that (still have not received an answer) and instead proceeded to fully cancel my order and say they have the right to refuse service to anyone.
