      I can't believe there are negative reviews! I was stunned and happily surpised by the relief I got from using Zok. My migraine did not disappear, but the pressure was gone and I could function. Took 1 ******* and headache went too! I've now ordered more so I have one in the locations I need - one by my bed, in the car and at work, plus a couple for other people.

      Absolutely terrible. Product causes ear damage. When you leave an honest review, they delete it. Dangerous!!!! One star was given because I had no choice.

      The product is real, it saved/changed my life. I was having chronic headaches and migraines. I got the Zok and it worked. I carry it around everywhere. I recommend it to everyone. I saw there was a BBB for this and thought, usually people only ever complain on the BBB, but this is so good I'd be remise if I didn't actually say the positive about this company and their Zok product. So here I am. Highly recommended. Awesome company and genuine product. I hope everyone gets a hold of one who deals with headaches.5 stars.

      Zok comes with no instructions. I had to go to ******* to figure out how to use it. After using it for two months without issue, by right eardrum was ruptured. The device filled with blood. I left a bad review on Instagram that was immediately deleted. I was contacted by the company. They gave me a full refund and a 14 day supply of a vitamin infused drink mix. I told them all that I wanted was for them to put it a warning with their device. So far, there have been no warnings. I am still in pain and extremely because of my injury. Im extremely disappointed that they dont care enough to protect their consumers.

      Everyone is different, I travel a lot a the relief this gives me is really nice. Obviously you have to use discretion and discipline when using the device. But I personally found great use for this item.

      I was hoping to love this Zok product, and fell for the hype online and ordered several. A few things to realize is that this product may make your pain worse. The company preys on people who are in pain, and looking for relief. You would be better off ordering an infant nose cleaner, because this product is nearly the same thing. It made my tmj pain and headache worse. They also only give very partial refunds when you return the item(s) you order, despite their website saying 100% guaranteed, easy returns. Additionally, if you look at their social media, they ONLY have positive reviews. They DELETE every single negative review. I tried leaving many reviews, only to have them deleted moments later. This is evidence of a scam product, and a company who is strategic in manipulating people who are desperate for pain relief. Learn from my mistake and don't order from this company that has zero integrity.

      It's weird....there are days this works and days it doesn't. I suffer from all kinds of headaches, including cranial pressure and when I first started using it, it worked fine. But after weeks of using it, I feel like it's not as effective, but theb again we had bad rain here and that could be the cause. Overall I like the device. It takes getting used to but I'm not so sure how effective it will be in the long run

      Wouldnt recommend it didnt work. I suffer from bad migraines thought I would give this Device a try and my migraine didnt go not even a little bit. My husband tried it when he had a headache didnt work and the next day he had blood in his ear along with pain so he went to the er. My son even tried it since he also suffers from migraines and it didnt work for him either. Such a waste of money

      I purchased this in Sept 2023 in order to help bring relief to my migraines without taking a bunch of pills. My order has only read a label has been created for the past few weeks so at this point Zok received payment and I received nothing. Boo! You are a terrible excuse for a company. Just give me my money back since you cant even ship it.
