    I purchased a digital product for $1997.00 with a monthly subscription of $97.00 from The Crypto Code on January 10th 2024. The online webinar and facebook ads are misleading. Part of the ad mentioned on facebook said a person can make up $800 a day with no steps given or amount to have to make that kind of money. The webinar mention only a small amount of money is needed to get started, that is not the case once you pay to get into the program.
    I would like a full refund of $1997.00. The program is not a good fit for me. I should not have to wait a full year for a refund. I can not follow the requirements that is needed for a full refund. One requirement is to log daily trades taken. No recommended instructions given to log trades in the program. I think it's very unethical for a company to request high refund steps when they making it hard to follow the program. No one should have to jump through hoops to get there money back. Please refund the amount above so I can move on from this product

    Mr. ******* is reporting inaccurate information to you.  Everything is very clear and 100% clear that we run a no refund program.  We have thousands of successful documented student results.  Mr ******* has never contacted our support department and we are happy to work with him.  Before ordering it is very clear that we have a no refund policy, no exceptions.  No refunds means no refunds or don't order the program.  This is 100% clear.  The information we teach is worth way more than what we charge.  Mr ******* will need to contact us directly instead of making false reports to the BBB.

    We canceled his subscription as per his request.

    We see that is has lied to you saying he asked a refund.  All tickets are logged.

    Furthermore Mr. ******* purchased a non-refundable program. He agreed to this in the terms of service.  He also received the crypto hardware wallet in the mail.

    This is also non-refundable due to the security nature of hardware wallets.

    So the program is non-refundable, Mr. ******* agreed to this when he ordered and digitally signed which is recorded.

    In addition Mr. ******* logged into our program 77 times.  Consumed all the content (over 100 hours worth).  Engaged in several support emails with the team and in the forums.
