    We subscribed to a monthly membership, however in June 2022 we moved from Utah to Michigan, where they do not have any locations. Before moving, I submitted a cancellation request via the website and via phone call. About a year or so later, I noticed they were still charging my credit card every month. I called and was told the charges would be refunded. Some of them were, but not all of them. The explanation given was that the charges that couldn't be refunded were from before the company was acquired (I believe it was previously called Rocket Car Wash). The reason I did not submit the BBB claim earlier was because the company kept telling me they would issue a refund, so I kept expecting it to happen. However after probably 5 or 6 times calling I realized they are never going to follow through.

    We subscribed to a monthly car wash service that was paid through automatic credit card charges on the first of each month. We decided to cancel the service so I called and spoke to a manage who told me they would cancel. I did not get a name for the manager. The next month we were again charged $21.39 times 2 for 2 cars. I called and again spoke with who I was told was the manager and they said they would take care of it. I again did not ask the name of the employee I spoke to. The next month we were again charged $42.78 for 2 cars. I again called and spoke with the manager who asked if I had cancelled the service on their website. This was a surprise as I didn't know this option existed. I went to the site and cancelled both cars immediately. It is difficult to find this option on their website. It is hidden at the bottom of the Contact Us page. Normally you need to scroll the page to find this. The next month we were again charged for one of the cars for $21.39. I again called and asked for the manager. This time I did get a name. I was told that she found the online cancellation and would credit our card. It has now been 2 weeks and we have not received a credit on our card. I believe this whole saga is a strategy used by this Company to get additional revenues and not need to perform the service. I think this is duplicitous and intentional. I have disputed the latest claim on our credit card.
