    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am formally requesting that you cease all communication with me immediately. I do not wish to receive any further phone calls or messages from your business. You have been contacting me at prohibited hours — including calls as late as 10:00 PM — which is not legal in my state.
    Please consider this a final notice. If you continue to contact me, I will report this behavior to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

    We have reviewed the concerns raised by Ms. ****** and want to assure all parties that our communication was conducted in full compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. All contact attempts were made strictly within the legally permitted hours of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in Ms. ******** local time zone, as outlined by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), which governs debt collection practices nationwide. Our internal policy aligns with this standard, and we have safeguards in place to ensure consistent compliance. In response to Ms. ******** request, Ms. ******** account has been placed in a no-contact status, and no further communication will be made. Regarding the disputed charge for Lease #*******-1, we have not received confirmation of a return from the retailer, nor do our internal records reflect a completed return. Unfortunately, Ms. ****** has declined further communication, which limits our ability to investigate and resolve the matter collaboratively. We remain open to reviewing any documentation Ms. ****** may wish to provide that supports the claim. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly and fairly should Ms. ****** choose to re-engage.     I am rejecting this response because:

    I want to state clearly that it is completely false to claim that I am not being called during inappropriate hours. I have clear evidence, including call recordings, showing that I have received calls between 9:30 PM and 11:00 PM local time—times that are not legally permitted in my state.


    I am formally requesting that all communication to my phone number stop immediately. If these calls continue, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the appropriate authorities for harassment and for violating contact hour regulations.

    This collection from KORNERSTONE CREDIT was not authorized to be on my credit report. This is fraudulent and a violation of my consumer rights and I demand this account to be removed. I’m not liable for this debt. It says it was opened on 09/30/2022 for $1,723.00 with account numbers starting with *******.

    Please remove this collection ASAP and cease all communication or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

    Kornerstone takes fraud allegations very seriously and have investigated Mr. *********** claims thoroughly.  After reviewing the account, we have confirmed that it was opened fraudulently and does not belong to Mr. *********. The account has been closed and marked as fraud. We have notified all third parties and credit bureaus to remove any associated reporting. Please allow up to 30 days for the update to reflect.

    We leased 2 sets of tires for our vehicles. The total amount at checkout was $1400. They are saying after paying $1043 towards our tires that we currently still owe $2001. They are also constantly harassing us by phone saying we have a past due balance of $196. They keep saying we had payments that were denied but we have record of every cleared payment and we are up to date on all payments. They keep trying to run separate payments through a closed checking account that we've been trying to remove from our profile and they will not remove it so they can keep charging us bogus late fees and run our credit profile up. When we call them they are so extremely unprofessional and rude calling me bro and man, not listening to anything I say and never being willing to come to a resolution. I want the auto pay stopped immediately! I want the checking account that's closed removed from my profile and I want the current owed adjusted to what we actually owe or I will take this to court.

    This company has called me several times. I do not know who this company is nor have I ever done business with this company. This company never leaves a message, just calls at all hours. I would like this harassment to cease.

The phone number provided appears to be associated with a possible relative of one of our customers. Our records indicate that we have only made one call to the phone number ***** ******** on May 8, 2025, and no voicemail was left during this call.

    We take complaints of this nature very seriously and have taken immediate steps to ensure that no further calls are made to this number. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of customer service and privacy.

We have been able to get in contact via phone with Mr. ***** to explain the fraud reporting and investigation process and have sent the fraud investigation documentation to the email listed in this complaint. For status updates on this investigation, Mr. ***** can contact our fraud department at ************, Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm MST.

    I am not liable for this debt with kornerstone credit, I do not have a contract with *********************** LLC, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

    Kornerstone was able to locate an account containing the same email address and phone number listed in ******************** complaint. Kornerstones records indicated that ****************** received his delivery, in good condition, on August 22, 2020. ****************** made payments on the account with some payments returning or declining. ******************** last successful payment was on January 18, 2021. 

    We attempted to reach ****************** via SMS and Phone calls multiple times per week from October 26, 2020 until May 4, 2021 without success.  ********************** account was charged off on March 1, 2021 due to non-payment. On August 22, 2021, Kornerstone sent the account to Security ********************** Services due to non-payment. Aside from SCS, Kornerstone has not sent the account to any other third-party.

    As such, Kornerstone is no longer the owner of ******************** account and is not involved with the information listed on ******************** credit report. Regarding this complaint, ****************** can seek a resolution by contacting Security Credit Services by phone at ************ or by mail at **************************************. SCS should be able to provide details on the documentation regarding the account and any information on a credit report.

    My fiance and I purchased furniture using this credit company. We ran behind on our payments because we both lost our jobs. We were informed by this company that if we donate the furniture and send the receipt along with pictures of all items, they would dismiss our loan. However, we keep getting phone calls from them saying we owe money. When we asked to speak to the returns department, they are always conveniently unavailable. We are never able to get a hold of them.
