      I tried to cancel a week prior, they didnt cancel and when I wrote them back informing them that the charged my card, they basically said its too late even after admitting it was their fault. I have proof of cancellation. Utah kids is a scam!!!

      I thought I could trust the cancel at anytime claim as party of Utah Kids Club promotion. However, after requesting cancellation in October 2022, I continue to be billed monthly. It wouldnt be completely bad if I were at least able to use the gift cards sent; however, the food redemptions are not good at our nearby *********** locations. I have requested a credit of $60 for the five months of membership payments charged since I requested cancellation in October. So far, nothing.
