I am rejecting this response because I haven't received any notice from the business by mail that this has been paid and closed. I need a written confirmation by mail stating that the account is clear and balance is zero.

    Sincerely,

    Business Response

    Date: 04/17/2025

Cotiviti reviewed the Complaint and investigated the allegations surrounding notices received by the complainant and believes the Complaint is unwarranted. The notices were letters to the complainant stating that "One of your claims was processed incorrectly. ***** has asked COTIVITI, a company that helps ***** audit and coordinate benefits, to contact you about this." The letters go on to explain "Here's what happened...," "Here are some details...," "Important next steps....," and "We're here to help... ." The letters were not harassing in any way. Further, our system shows that this matter was closed after the provider contacted Cotiviti about having the check from the Complaint and the refund was received and closed as paid on March 21. There will be no further contact with Complainant on this matter.
