      False advertising. They had an ad on ******** for a trial to become a product tester for $1 and they send a sticker. They charged my card twice within 2 weeks after I paid the $1. Never received any products to test. False advertising scam.

      We appreciate the feedback and want to clarify a few important *********** voluntarily opted into an additional program during checkout and paid for a trial. This was not hidden and like all of our offers, it can be canceled at any time. We sent multiple emails right away with clear instructions on how to access the program, manage your membership, and cancel if needed. Unfortunately, those emails were never acted on.Additionally, you never accessed the product testing portal that you originally signed up for. We provided immediate access instructions, login details, and step-by-step guidance none of which were followed. There are thousands of active people in that group and in no way a scam.Only one subscription charge occurred after the trial, and your account was canceled promptly when the cancellation link was finally used.Were transparent with our process and always here to help, but we cant deliver value if the steps provided are never completed.Warm regards,Active Minds Lab Support Team
